I'm also the organizer of the Toronto Wake (Wilson's Wake) at the Imperial pub, which coincides with the cosmic meme-orial.
If you can't make it to Santa Cruz, at least make it to blogspot and see what's happening in your city, or set something up yourself. It's ridiculously easy. :D
